Krista is a project manager and environmental scientist with over 20 years working on integrated water resource management. Among her many specialties are environmental assessments and permitting, stormwater management, water quality monitoring, and ecological restoration. Her in-depth knowledge of agency regulations has made her an invaluable partner to our development sector clients, assuring that complex projects are constructed with minimal environmental impact.
Krista’s ability to meet challenges through collaboration and creativity results in successful projects. For the Mitchell Field Pier Removal, for example, removing aging and unsafe infrastructure to open the shoreline for public use was accomplished with minimal impact to the shoreline and adjacent wetlands. Similarly, for numerous windfarm projects, where large turbines are located on remote, steep sites, creative design and team work resulted in managing storm water runoff while assuring the health of nearby streams.
