Serving in a leadership position in our Energy and Resources (E&R) team in Pune, Neelesh is responsible for the growth and successful engagement of the Pune team with global E&R teams. Working with regional leadership, he helps develop strategies to engage the Pune office with integrated global teams—and shares the team’s capabilities with them.
Neelesh also identifies project opportunities by discussing scope, assumptions, and risks. He provides support for estimation and helps his team meets project deliveries with the required quality and within the committed timelines. As lead instrumentation and controls engineer, he continues to contribute to the Instrumentation and controls discipline in various capacities by preparing, checking, and reviewing the instrumentation, control, and automation design deliverables.
When he’s not working with his team, Neelesh enjoys reading books, listening to music, and playing keyboard. He also enjoys traveling and seeing new places.
