Daniel has over two decades of experience planning, designing, and managing large, complex environmental and engineering projects for public sector clients. His technical leadership includes stormwater planning and design for both conventional and innovative best management practices (BMP) retrofitting, drainage infrastructure, water quality planning, stream restoration, and living shorelines. Daniel holds the title of master stormwater practitioner through the Chesapeake Stormwater Network.
Responsible for leading our water resources program throughout Virginia, Daniel currently manages multiple shoreline stabilization and stormwater services for the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and supports numerous other state and local projects of similar scope. His focus on organization, client service, open communication, and technical excellence help deliver responsiveness and a high level of quality.
On the weekends, you’ll find Daniel on the soccer field cheering on his children, enjoying the outdoors, or just having down time with the family.
