In school, Mike was always driven by analysis; he thrived on taking complex problems and breaking them down into understandable and solvable issues. In his professional career this has become augmented with an even greater focus in synthesis; he’s driven by crafting all the parts and pieces of a project puzzle into an integrated system to deliver clean, safe water to our communities.
Mike brings an extensive resume in the planning, design and construction of treatment plants. His process design and design management experience spans more than 60 projects and 1.3 billion gallons per day capacity over 20 years. Mike’s specific areas of process expertise include all things filtration, disinfection, and oxidation in water, wastewater, and reuse.
When he’s not helping communities solve their water treatment problems, Mike is either curled up with a good book, trying to keep up with his kids in the great outdoors, or experimenting in his backyard with urban gardening and aquaculture.
