As an environmental planning specialist, Zoryana has coordinated and managed tasks for major infrastructure projects and programs across the west and mid-west regions of the United States. Her experience with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), resiliency planning, and permitting compliance spans incredibly complex, multi-jurisdictional projects, to smaller, local projects that require specialized analyses and out-of-the-box solutions. Major projects include large linear projects that span multiple states and require coordination and collaboration amongst numerous federal, state, and local agencies.
Zoryana’s multidisciplinary background has allowed for a unique perspective in identifying solutions to the seemingly endless hurdles her clients face throughout project and program execution. Her favorite part about her job is building long-lasting relationships and trust with her clients which makes her their go-to resource.
Carrying her love of planning into her personal life, Zoryana enjoys organizing family events. She often spends her weekends working on home improvement projects and spending quality time with her parents, brother and sister-in-law, and close friends.
