Gregory’s responsibilities as a senior project manager include the delivery of projects involving the design, construction, and commissioning of complex process plants. He is also responsible for business development and strategic planning, identifying areas for growth, and contributing to or reviewing proposals for potential new work.
On the technical side, Gregory provides design, commissioning, and operational expertise to thermal hydrolysis, biosolids, and energy projects around the world. He has hands-on experience transforming conventional wastewater treatment plants into energy parks by combining existing equipment with new processes and methodologies. This generates significant revenues for the client and reduces their carbon footprint. This combination of technical expertise and business knowledge, augmented by an MBA, allow Gregory to deliver plants that make sense from both a business and financial point of view.
Board games and rock climbing are a few things Gregory enjoys when he’s not working. He also likes to hike and camp with his two dogs.
