Marcus is an experienced project manager and urban planner with 15 years of diverse experience across public and private sectors. He combines his passion for building great communities with a unique background in development management, infrastructure planning, and land economics.
Known for his strong communication and facilitation skills, Marcus has a can-do attitude that allows him to jump into existing projects and spot opportunities—he has a keen ability to translate between various technical groups and deliver on project objectives while building strong, collaborative relationships. Marcus has led complex projects from concept to occupancy throughout the Lower Mainland in British Columbia, led long term infrastructure planning in Calgary, and overseen main street public realm construction projects. He brings a sharp focus to project delivery and unites interdisciplinary teams with his extensive planning knowledge, relationships, and experience.
Marcus is a registered professional planner and professional land economist with the Association of Ontario Land Economists. Outside of work, he is an avid snowboarder and a Professional Mountain Bike Instructor Association-certified mountain bike coach.
