With over 16 years of experience as an engineer in the mining industry, Sat provides site operational support and added value to potential mining projects during the early study phases.
As a decarbonization lead for energy transition services, Sat’s passion for the environment led him to grow his knowledge of sustainable mining practices. He has experience leading major mining companies’ decarbonization strategies as they work toward a Net Zero emissions future.
Sat is an advocate for advancing inclusion and diversity in the mining industry and serves on our People of Color committee.
Away from mining projects, you can catch Sat hiking with his two dogs on beautiful Bowen Island where he and his wife co-own a yoga retreat center.
