Joseph’s career spans nearly 40 years in the design and construction of large water projects across California. During that time, he’s been involved with water treatment plant design, large-diameter water storage tanks, pipelines, and even habitat restoration, which includes managing one of the largest restoration programs in the western United States.
As the Northern California technical lead for conveyance projects, Joseph manages a team of engineers and designers for conveyance projects. These include large-diameter pipelines, pump stations, and more. He is also a go-to resource for all types of pipelines, particularly for those under large deformations and their seismic response.
When he isn’t managing conveyance projects or consulting on all things pipelines, Joseph and his wife enjoy traveling and tasting food around the world. They also pursue an active lifestyle and participate in animal rescue. Their household includes cats, dogs, and whatever wildlife visits their huge backyard!
