Based in Burlington, Massachusetts, Chris has nearly four decades of civil, environmental, and construction experience. He’s particularly experienced with process, mechanical, and structural engineering at water and wastewater treatment plants.
Chris served as assistant project manager for the $54 million Groton Utilities (GU) Water Treatment Plant Upgrade in Connecticut. There, he was responsible for coordinating the condition survey of a 12MGD water filtration plant, development of conceptual design and construction documents, and construction phase services. The upgrade included three new dissolved air flotations (DAF), three manganese contactors, new pumping systems, converting a former process area into administrative space, installation of new transmission piping, and two 1-million-gallon storage tanks. With this experience, one thing has been made clear: Chris truly understands how to design and sequence upgrades to operational facilities without disrupting service to the communities served.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys photography, shooting a variety of scenes from the city to the country.
