Wade has more than 25 years of experience leading the design and delivery of transportation and infrastructure projects across New Mexico. Passionate about creating lasting value, he approaches every project as an opportunity to improve lives and build stronger communities.
As a seasoned project manager and lead designer, Wade guides multidiscipline teams, coordinating specialists in transportation, water, utilities, and public engagement to deliver complex projects from concept through completion. He thrives on collaboration and values listening to invested parties. With a belief that thoughtful design can shape healthier, more connected futures, he has led initiatives such as the US 60 phase IA/B alignment study and US 180 multiuse path projects.
Away from transportation design and project management work, Wade enjoys spending quality time with family and embracing the outdoors, whether that’s hiking, gardening, swimming, or discovering new places in New Mexico.
