Zoë is a Whitehorse-based professional planner with fifteen years of experience. She’s worked with communities, First Nations, and local governments across the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Northern Ontario and Alaska.
Known to be very curious about communities, Zoë loves getting to know people in the communities where we work. Over the course of her career, she’s led a wide range of projects including official community plans, neighborhood design, strategic plans, climate action planning, active transportation, zoning bylaws, and downtown revitalization projects. With excellent communication skills and a passion for bringing diverse groups together, Zoë is committed to collaborative planning and has managed engagement programs for complex and controversial projects.
Whitehorse is a beautiful community—Zoë loves to get outdoors to enjoy it by skiing, camping, hiking, biking and playing hockey. As a mother of two young boys, her hobbies are picking up Lego and thinking about hobbies she might take up in a few years.
