Stephen is a chartered transportation planner who has worked for both the private and public sector clients across the UK and internationally. He believes that unlocking development is most successful when transportation planning is embedded within a multidisciplinary team that collaborates to solve problems.
In securing planning consent for a variety of land uses, Stephen provides transportation assessments, travel plans, delivery and servicing plans, construction traffic management plans, and car parking management plans for sites across the UK. He’s assisted local authorities in preparing supporting evidence for local plans. He’s also developed integrated transportation strategies and accessibility studies, strategic outline business cases, as well as transportation, corridor, and route assessments.
Notably, Stephen has worked on site promotion and planning applications for strategic-scale residential development—and internationally, he developed transportation strategies for activity centres at Stirling and Canning Bridge in Western Australia and led the transportation planning for the Atlantis The Royal project in Dubai.
When he isn’t leading transportation planning projects, Stephen enjoys playing golf and snooker.
