Michael thrives on solving interesting problems. He has worked on a wide array of projects across the world during his 25 years as an architect. These include healthcare and higher education facilities, corporate workplaces, industrial and retail spaces, buildings overseas for the US government, and even an indoor mountain bike park.
Seeing his team and our clients succeed in making the world a better place is Michael’s biggest motivator. His most rewarding project to date is the Cleveland Clinic’s Neurological Institute (CCNI) in Ohio. This project is personal for him as his stepfather recently passed away from complications of Parkinson’s disease. While Michael is no brain scientist, he takes pride in contributing to an atmosphere that allows researchers to find new cures and brings comfort to patients and their caregivers.
When he needs an escape from the world of architecture, you might find Michael sailing on the Great Lakes. He one day hopes to cruise the Caribbean Sea.
