As the managing leader for our Geotechnical practice in Canada East, James is committed to fostering a culture which allows the practice to deliver high quality services—all while using safety and ethics as guiding principles.
James has over 15 years of consulting experience in the field of geotechnical and materials engineering. In this time, his primary focus has been in the delivery of geotechnical engineering and materials testing services to private and public clients throughout Atlantic Canada. His experience includes landfill inspection services, rock anchor design and testing, deep and shallow foundation design, and specialty ground improvement techniques. James is particularly proud of the relationships he has built over the years with our clients throughout the region.
James has and continues to volunteer on committees with several professional associations including Engineers Nova Scotia, Consulting Engineers of Nova Scotia, and the Nova Scotia chapter of The Canadian Geotechnical Society.
