A respected leader in the international airport industry, Jim has more than 25 years of experience. He’s worked as an airport management executive and senior consultant with major airport consultancy firms in Canada, the US, and Europe. As an aviation planning and development consultant, Jim applies worldwide industry best practices to all aspects of strategic airport development projects. These include airside-terminal-landside airport plans, financial feasibility studies, and business plans. He also performs retail concession planning, passenger forecasting, air service development, airport privatization, strategic planning, and airport investment due diligence.
Airports are busy places and Jim’s expertise extends to airport management, real estate development, concession planning, profit and revenue optimization, stakeholder relations, and customer experience enhancement. He regularly teaches with Airports Council Internation Global Training, speaks at industry conferences, and facilitates business planning retreats for airport board members.
When he isn’t advising major global airport consulting firms, Jim enjoys hiking, kayaking, cycling, and officiating at road and track cycling events.
