With over 20 years of experience as a mechanical designer, Tim specializes in the design of building systems that provide comfort, efficiency, and reliability. He’s worked on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and process cooling systems, focusing on energy performance and system integration.
Tim has provided designs for projects ranging from small renovations to large-scale facilities that serve healthcare, commercial, educational, and research environments. His responsibilities include concept development, load calculations, equipment selection, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions.
When he isn’t refining his mechanical designs, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. He also loves cooking everything—from Thanksgiving dinner to a whole hog barbeque—as well as shooting pool, playing guitar, and raising chickens.
