With broad experience in environmental science, scientific diving, and analytical research, Conor serves as the technical area lead for our Marine Ecology group in Canada—with a focus on marine fish and invertebrates. He has worked on projects around the globe but can usually be found somewhere along the coast of British Columbia. In addition to habitat restoration, his primary focus is on environmental impact assessments and regulatory permitting.
Whether it’s using the latest technology on foot in the intertidal zone or from a boat exploring the depths of the ocean, or even from space using satellite imagery, Conor enjoys tackling the challenges and immense complexity of the marine environment. He approaches every task with a problem-solving mindset and the objective of collecting high-quality data to support program objectives. He works with a team of talented aquatic scientists who have built long-term relationships with clients based on trust.
When Conor’s not taking on the marine environment at work, he enjoys being in the ocean for fun—grabbing his camera and going scuba diving to improve his underwater photography skills.
