Cayleigh’s love of fly fishing and rivers led her to be passionate about water—it drew her to a career in water treatment. As a process engineer in training, she finds that her work is unconventionally creative and offers opportunities to draw on her strengths every day. She helps design and optimize new and existing reuse and wastewater treatment facilities.
Notable project work for Cayleigh includes working with her team on water reuse projects, from planning evaluations, feasibility studies, and preliminary engineering reports to detailed design and guidance manuals. She’s also experienced in wastewater treatment projects, where she’s participated in master planning, detailed design, and support investigations projects.
Away from her work with advanced water treatment, Cayleigh enjoys hiking with her husband all over southern Arizona.
