Michael drives the strategy and growth of our Buildings group in four offices across Texas. He’s a visionary builder of a collaborative culture, and he thrives on tackling challenging tasks, infusing each solution with positivity and integrity. His focus? To make sure that we live up to our brand promise to deliver innovative design solutions and unmatched customer service to our clients.
Previously serving as the Houston K12 market leader, Michael has a passion for architecture and learning environments and public education planning. He has over 27 years of experience in the industry—23 of which were focused on K12 and higher education design. Throughout the years, many of Michael’s projects have won awards from the American Institute of Architects North Carolina (AIA NC), American Schools & Universities, Historical Preservation, and Association for Learning Environments (A4LE).
In his career, Michael has been fortunate to serve over 15 independent school districts across the Texas Gulf Coast region. He’s also a US Naval Reserve veteran and served as an engineering aid for US Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 14.
