She sees her job as understanding her clients’ problems and bringing the right resources to solve it.
Susan is adept at understanding both the technical and political aspects of projects. Drawing on her expertise as a wastewater process engineer and her project management training, she enjoys building results-driven teams for projects ranging from complex studies to the design and construction of large treatment works.
Susan is a registered project management professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute and has expertise in the earned value management execution of multidisciplinary projects.
