Development Economics Associate

With over a decade of experience, Natalie collaborates with our wider Development Economics team on the preparation of economic and social evidence to support the planning balance throughout the development lifecycle. She prepares evidence to demonstrate the economic, socioeconomic, and community value of development, working across residential- and commercial-led, mixed-use, leisure, and renewable energy projects of varying size.

Natalie’s recent projects have included the delivery of an economic benefits statement supporting the recently approved British Land flexible industrial site in Enfield. She has also provided economic and social evidence to accompany the development of a solar park within the Isle of Anglesey, Wales. Additionally, she worked on a socioeconomic, employment need, and labor profile analysis to guide the master planning stage of a mixed-used development near Bristol.

When she isn’t figuring out the economics of a new development, Natalie enjoys spending time with her young family, as well as riding and competing with her horse.
