Annabela has experience in various treatment works, pipelines, and reservoir projects. Starting her career in wastewater projects designing rising mains and combined sewer overflows, she moved to focusing mainly on water treatment works and pipeline projects. She has also provided civil supports and project delivery in reservoir maintenance projects. Her broad experience in project delivery spans from feasibility through to detailed design and construction support.
As the lead civil engineer, Annabela worked on the Grassholme Reservoir Northern Embankment works project. She developed civil detailed design of reprofiling the failing embankment with an emphasis on sustainability. Additionally, she worked on the Layer to Langford pipeline project—a pipeline running 20 kilometres (12 miles)—from concept design to detailed design including site support.
In her work, Annabela always strives to be innovative yet practical. Outside work, she enjoys travelling—she believes there’s nothing better than broadening your horizons with new experiences.
