Hal is always looking for new and better ways to help clients. This personal drive is reflected in his career and his work. For example, he helped the team perform surveys, write corrected field notes, and prepare reports and working sketches for the 4,600-acre Valley Wells Ranch project. This crucial work has resulted in the project’s successful completion.
Hal’s experience spans more than 31 years and includes roles such as survey party chief and director of survey. Boundary surveys, construction projects, and vertical control surveys are just some of the projects he has been directly involved in. Now, as one of our lead surveying engineers, his job is to keep the Survey department running as safely and efficiently as possible.
Outside of work, Hal enjoys improving his skills in gardening, knife-making, and hog-hunting (at his ranch).
