As a project manager, Anna manages the interface between the client and project team, leading the team to successfully complete projects on time and on budget. She also serves as office leader of our Calgary office, guiding internal operations, health and safety, and employee initiatives, and works as a proposal manager for large pursuits within the Energy sector in Western Canada.
Anna’s goal is to present Stantec’s capabilities in a way that solves a problem for the end client. Her love of problem solving and working in a team environment is what first interested her when she joined the industry 15 years ago. In addition to being a team player, Anna thrives as a technical communicator. Her diverse work experience has taught her how to facilitate communication between technical experts and non-specialists.
As a mom to two very active teenage boys, Anna spends most of her time outside of work watching their sports games and getting them to practices. She also enjoys working out and all aspects of fitness—she strives to be as active as she can and loves lifting weights, running, and yoga.
