Caitlin is a water resources engineer, supporting clients such as FEMA and the Kentucky Division of Water (KDOW) through hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and mapping. A natural leader, she has volunteered to take on many leadership positions for Stantec events, recruitment campaigns, and committees As the United States lead for our Developing Professionals Group (DPG), Caitlin supports the DPG regional leads and aims to strengthen the organization by creating a dynamic, positive culture for the next generation of professionals to thrive.
With engagement as her core pillar, Caitlin works to recruit co-op students from the University of Louisville, and mentors developing engineering staff in her water resources sector. She loves meeting new people and getting to know what they are passionate about. Caitlin believes successful leaders are approachable and empathetic and put the success of others and their team before themselves.
Outside of work, Caitlin serves as Board of Directors Vice President for the non-profit Kentucky Waterways Alliance and has also served on the Engineer’s Banquet Planning Committee for the Kentucky Society of Professional Engineers. She graduated from the Young Professionals Association of Louisville Emerging Leaders Program in 2019 and enjoys volunteering with the local organization Louisville Grows through tree planting initiatives.
