Justin is the managing senior principal of the Stantec Barbados office and is a registered professional civil and environmental engineer with over 14 years experience.
His experience includes environmental studies, traffic studies, civil engineering designs and project/construction management in the Caribbean. His environmental work portfolio includes dust, noise, stormwater and groundwater studies in connection with the development of a car racing facility in Vaucluse; collection, field, and laboratory testing of marine, surface, and groundwater samples in connection with a golf course development in Sandy Lane; and drainage and groundwater Environmental Impact Assessments in connection with several limestone quarry developments. He has also designed anchoring systems for wastewater outfalls at St. Kitts Hospital and the West Indies Rum Distillery. His drainage and sewerage system design experience includes several large commercial buildings, like the re-development of Kensington Oval Cricket Stadium.
