Sheina is a problem solver. Leading our advanced manufacturing activities, she’s got her eye on developing business around sustainable, long-term projects in this fast-growing market in North America. She understands the value of design that integrates people into the process and where sustainability, health and safety, and long-term maintainability are primary objectives.
Having worked in both the public and private sectors, Sheina has a unique perspective on the planning and design process. She knows what it means to be responsible for infrastructure improvements and what these projects can mean for a community. It’s about laying the groundwork for future development that can kickstart a city’s economic engine.
An advocate for creating an inclusive work environment, Sheina believes that diversity is the key to great design—for our clients and for our communities. She’s an active member on our Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Council in the US, and in this role, she’s the chair of the Women Leadership Development subcommittee. Plus, she’s a certified unconscious bias facilitator.
