Jim develops transportation enhancement projects for state, local, and municipal agencies. He oversees all phases of project development from the scoping phase to preliminary and final design phases. He is experienced in traffic engineering and studies, urban design concepts, master planning, Locally Administered Federal Aid Projects, final design and construction management. Jim brings to his assignments the firm belief that his work makes a difference, and that belief is reflected in the excellent quality of his final products.
One such project, for which he was project manager, is the Emerson/Locust Connector Street Improvement Project, the City of Rochester’s first green street, incorporating sustainable techniques into roadway design. He is currently project manager of the preliminary design phase of the Innerloop Transformation project in Rochester.
