As an environmental scientist, Chuck is a certified professional soil scientist experienced in stormwater and erosion control, wetland and waterway delineation, agricultural practices, and cultural resource and regulated species protection. He works with regulation and permit compliance, and restoration, reclamation, and mitigation services. Assisting clients with early identification of environmental issues, he develops alternatives to minimize environmental impact.
Chuck also coordinates with regulatory agency personnel to shepherd project progress, prepares and submits complete and sound permit applications and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) analysis, and provides professional guidance of in-progress construction. He manages and actively participates on a team of environmental compliance monitors who steer project teams to provide economical and safe, constructable solutions for avoiding or minimizing impacts to resources and land use.
When he’s not working with teams to reduce environmental impacts, Chuck enjoys all outdoor activities with favorites including camping, skiing, hiking, and boating.
