In years past, he’s been responsible for the study, selection, design coordination, installation, and testing of a wide range of new and rehabilitated equipment for hydroelectric facilities and hydraulic structures.
Stanley’s expertise resides in project management, cost estimating, preparation of design documents and contract documents, and analysis of bids, as well as review of suppliers' drawings, shop and field inspections, and the start-up and commissioning of equipment.
