James has more than 20 years of geographic information systems (GIS) consulting experience, much of which has been focused on serving utility and local government clients. He has become intimately familiar with the many applications and systems, including computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), that support his clients in leveraging technology to make better decisions.
Working with clients to bring an understanding of how spatial technology can be deployed and used, James creates simple solutions to complex problems. His work with the City of Atlanta involved helping develop and implement Cityworks, a GIS centric CMMS—allowing the client to identify value and prioritize critical infrastructure. James’ work helps clients develop efficiencies, provide reliable information, and increase quality.
With a passion for helping people realize their talents, James spends his time outside of work with his wife, loving and coaching his two daughters, serving in his local church, or helping to create opportunities in his community.
