Combining his background in economics and energy financing with a passion for helping to create a more sustainable tomorrow, Alexandros oversees the energy-related activities of our Belgium operations. He’s well-versed in both the creation and management of international development and donor-funded projects.
During his career, Alexandros has played a key role in numerous renewable energy projects across Sub-Saharan Africa. He has extensive experience in monitoring and evaluating achievements and expected results as well as analyzing qualitative and quantitative energy data from various sources. From this in-country experience, he’s developed an understanding of the local realities faced in these communities—something that enables him to see the small, critical steps needed to achieve widespread sustainable results.
In his free time, Alexandros likes to manage his own energy by hitting the gym or playing a friendly game of pick-up basketball.
