Leading our Fire Risk Management group, James is passionate about cultivating a high performing team dedicated to addressing clients' fire safety concerns. Together, they consistently deliver exceptional services to our clients across a wide range of services. This includes fire risk appraisals of external walls (FRAEW), and fire risk assessments, fire door surveys, compartmentation surveys, Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Stage 5/6 assessments, and construction design management fire risk assessments.
With extensive expertise in fire risk management, James delivers tailored support to large, multi-site organizations. He has a wealth of experience in writing and auditing a wide range of fire safety reports for existing buildings and those under construction, as well as delivering fire safety reports for properties like healthcare, residential, commercial, and industrial.
James excels at understanding client needs and is a competent and pragmatic consultant who can provide clients with innovative solutions to any problems raised. Away from his desk, you’ll find him playing drums and guitar, mountain biking, and surfing.
