Deb is committed to life-long learning and the practical application of science to solve problems. She has over four decades of experience in environmental public health, toxicology, and human and ecological risk assessment. Deb feels fortunate to have had such a diverse career, starting out in the public sector during the early days of Superfund, transitioning through private sector consulting, academia, and finally returning to consulting with Stantec.
Previously, she was a clinical associate professor at the Ohio State University College of Public Health, Division of Environmental Health Sciences, where she taught graduate level courses and mentored graduate students.
Today, Deb is Stantec’s technical lead for risk assessment and toxicology in the United States and is looking forward to maintaining an active role in our evolving practice in Environmental Services.
