With over 10 years of experience, Koray specializes in large‑scale commercial building projects. These include office complexes, hotels, shopping centers, hospitals, and data centers across Türkiye, Italy, and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
Koray has worked in project management, design, design coordination, sustainability consulting, and as a commissioning authority. This enables him to oversee projects from design through construction to operation, balance the priorities of investors, financiers, contractors, and design teams, and address potential issues early while helping to streamline procedures.
Leading the Green Economy Financing Facility (GEFF) Türkiye program, Koray joined our team in the third phase as deputy manager and has been serving as project manager since April 2018. In this role, he builds on the program’s success in renewable energy and energy efficiency financing, which has now expanded to include newly added resource efficiency components and the municipal sector.
