Lacy is a geological associate with extensive geotechnical and geological investigation experience. Her background includes project development and operational experience for some of the world’s largest oil sand companies.
Known for her ability to connect with others, Lacy has a diverse range of experience in multiple disciplines. This includes project management and supervision of geological and geotechnical drilling, core logging, pit wall and waste dump geotechnical support. She’s also worked as geological in-pit support (ore, waste, and material suitability), and as a senior ore/waste geology support and instrumentation team lead.
A true geologist at heart, Lacy loves getting out in nature—her hobbies include rock collecting, travelling, exploring and getting to know people around the world. Around Calgary, you’ll find Lacy supporting live music and attending open jams around Calgary or playing it herself: she loves playing the drums, guitar, and singing.
