Michelle is a design project manager with more than 30 years of experience in planning, highway design, and project management. Her experience includes managing corridor studies and coordinating communications with agencies, utilities, and railroads. She conducts public involvement and prepares environmental documents, roadway and bridge plans, design study reports, and plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) documents.
Having led rural and urban roadway design projects, Michelle has worked on roundabouts, rails to trails, and highway expansions, including some projects with historical impacts and extensive public involvement. In addition, Michelle has been responsible for the project development process from preliminary contract negotiation to planning, design, and bid letting.
Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, and playing board games. She’s also committed to advancing equity in education as a school board member.
