Arlen began his engineering career in Yellowknife in 2009 and has been involved in a diverse selection of infrastructure projects across the North ever since. Today, he’s a practice leader focused on managing client relationships and the quality of all our infrastructure assignments in Northern Canada.
Arlen's career has been focused on advancing cold regions infrastructure across Canada. Having served as president of the Northern Territories Water and Waste Association, deputy chair of the Cold Regions Division Council of the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering, and director of Western Canada Water (where he’s currently the treasurer), has allowed him to stay connected and promote the advancement of infrastructure across Northern Canada.
When he’s not working hard to better the environment, Arlen likes to spend his time enjoying it—fishing, snowmobiling and spending time at the cabin with his family are his favorite things to do.
