He specializes in helping organizations adapt to evolving regulatory, technology, and market challenges and has worked with governments, NGO’s, and Fortune 500 companies across the energy, industrial, and construction markets.
Mike’s experience spans conceptual scenario development and impact analysis, extending into alignment and sustainment planning. He’s worked with government agencies to determine renewable energy integration roadmaps, helped utilities plan and implement energy transition strategies, and assisted municipalities in aligning their clean energy goals to their regional market and stakeholders.
By applying design thinking methodologies and change management principles to the strategic implementation process, Mike employs a stakeholder-focused problem-solving approach that sharpens organizations’ strategic alignment, implementation, and operationalization.
When he’s not helping clients solve complex energy challenges, Mike keeps busy fishing, hiking, and weight training. Known to be a foodie, he enjoys seeking out unique restaurants and trying new recipes at home.
