Keith has nearly four decades of experience designing projects from planning through to design and implementation. He specializes in active transportation design, highway and roadway planning and design, ferry dock and terminal design, risk management, and value engineering.
In his leadership role, Keith’s responsible for bringing in new work, delivering projects, and liaising with clients. In developing smart solutions that will pass the test of time, he understands that infrastructure projects can last for more than 100 years—consideration needs to be given to the long-term implications, not just the immediate impact and use.
When he’s not attending to his leadership responsibilities, Keith enjoys being active in nature. In winter you’ll find him on the cross-country ski trails (most likely in Gatineau Park)—he’s been passionate about skiing for more than 50 years! In the summer he likes to bike, run, roller ski, swim, hike, stand-up paddleboard, and kayak.
