A civil engineer in New York City, Caitlin is helping change the face of the city that never sleeps. Her work focuses primarily on site-development projects ranging from utility reconstruction and roadway design to master planning and resilient design. Although she has worked on a variety of projects, Caitlin has gained most of her design and project management experience working on megaprojects such as the Atlantic Yards Development project in Brooklyn, which includes the Barclays Center.
Caitlin feels strongly about passing on the knowledge and advice she’s collected to the next generation of engineering students and professionals. She is involved with the ACE Mentor Program, helping high school students learn more about the architecture, construction, and engineering industries. The program also gives junior engineers and designers the opportunity to practice their management and leadership skills.
