Whether moving water through pipelines or along site grading for drainage purposes, Todd is one of our key conveyance team members for analyzing project components. As a civil engineer, he’s passionate about taking things apart to determine how they fit back together.
Todd uses our unique scoring matrix to determine project feasibility, comparing a portfolio of potential impacts such as existing utility size and density, pavement replacement, traffic control, business access, bypass pumping costs, and easement acquisitions. He is also experienced in bringing projects from planning through design and has worked on conveyance pipeline, storm drain, and roadway and street design. He is familiar with designing for Arizona governments and agencies, especially near home in the City of Tucson.
Todd co-presented at the 2019 ASCE US Pipelines Conference on successfully using the scoring matrix for a planning project in Pima County.
