Vito has spent nearly his entire 20-year career working on combined sewer overflow and collection system related projects. Today, he serves as a project technical lead, account manager for NEORSD, and sector lead for conveyance projects—he’s also a passionate mentor and coach to junior staff.
Known for his responsive, collaborative approach with clients, Vito provides practical designs that are focused on constructability. He’s been involved as a project manager and designer on several large water and wastewater projects as large as 400 MGD (treatment expansion), 160 MGD (pumping capacity) and in excess of 200 feet below ground (Large diameter tunnels and deep pump stations). More than anything, Vito loves working with his team to solve complicated issues and develop cost-effective and technically sound solutions.
When it comes to life outside of work, Vito admits he is addicted to home improvement projects—something he attributes to his dad (a plumbing contractor) for. He has four daughters that keep him very busy, and he makes sure to get to the gym at least four days a week.
