Where a community’s needs and resources don’t align, Lisa can help secure funding to get projects off the wish list and into reality. With her knowledge of numerous grant funding streams, she guides the application process, which can be cumbersome for communities lacking the staff and capacity. These communities face challenges such as providing residents with clean, safe drinking water, waste facilities, transportation, and affordable housing.
Over 30 years, Lisa has cultivated a unique and valuable skillset for her role. Combining project management, grant management, creative communication, and engineering, she executes competitive funding applications that get the attention of funders. Lisa is passionate about this work—she provides the necessary tools to meet technical, budgetary, and scheduling requirements of projects, as well as providing opportunities for communities to build safer and healthier societies. In the past five years, she’s supported over 100 successful applications, procuring over $150 million in funding for infrastructure projects.
Away from work, Lisa enjoys touring with her husband on their Goldwing motorcycle, traveling to various cities around the country.
