Chris is a noted leader in civil and environmental engineering for both private and public sector clients. His professional skills include project management, preliminary/ conceptual design, permitting, system modeling, final design, cost estimating, bidding, and construction-phase services. He participated in the design and implementation of various stormwater, potable water, sanitary sewer systems and solid waste facilities, which included permitting from federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
Chris has spear-headed projects both within his local community, and throughout the state. Of particular note is the Florida Keys Overseas Heritage Trail. The project included over 40 miles of trailway extending from Key Largo to Key West. By providing exceptional service to the client, FDEP, Chris showcased his ability to manage projects both in his own community and elsewhere.
