Martin has been active in the telecommunications field since 1991. Currently, he oversees all telecommunication infrastructure implementation and rehabilitation work for major national and provincial telecom operators such as Bell, Telus, Rogers, and Videotron, as well as for provincial and federal government institutions like Quebec’s Shared Services Centre (CSPQ) and Fisheries and Oceans Canada. His team also carries out projects specific to the power sector, including the establishment and rehabilitation of transmission line infrastructures for provincial government agencies such as Hydro-Québec, Hydro One, and AltaLink.
Known for his versatility and extensive field experience, Martin works in conjunction with team leaders and managers to supervise and coordinate all operations related to facility surveys; structural analyses; design and drafting of new structures and accessories; construction site monitoring; maintenance and post-work inspections; full report issuance; feasibility studies; building roof-top projects; and other special structures.
Martin is highly sensitive to the ever-increasing demand by consumers for new communication technology, and both his team and he remain abreast of relevant market trends. He is fully conversant with new industry methods in order to continually ensure that his clients maintain their competitive edge within a constantly evolving field.
