Audrey believes that communities need affordable access to clean water to truly thrive, It’s why she has dedicated herself to providing utilities and other public sector clients with the services they need for sustainable, equitable, and long-term functioning water systems.
As a financial analyst, Audrey conducts cost-of-service and rate studies for designing financial plans that support operational stability and revenue sufficiency while promoting the economic well-being of the communities that utilities serve. She also works on economic impact and cost-benefit analyses for projects such as renewable energy storage, water infrastructure investment, and environmental resource management.
Audrey’s favorite way to spend her time is exploring the mountains of the North Cascades with her friends and rescue dog, Bowie.
