Mike’s role as a practice leader for the North Central Region’s Community Development team enables him to focus on what he does best—the pursuit and delivery of excellent work for our clients. Mike leads and inspires teams, serving as a mentor for staff in developing and nurturing client relationships and lending his expertise in civil and environmental engineering. His attention to detail, follow through, emotional intelligence, and communication skills have helped him succeed as a project manager and achieve strong results for clients.
One of Mike’s current priorities is serving as project manager for The Shipyard project in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This waterfront revitalization project is transforming a brownfield property into a public recreation, entertainment, and tourism destination. Mike and his team are working closely with the City to design the site amenities and associated support infrastructure that residents desire, local businesses can champion, and the City can responsibly operate and maintain.
When Mike is away from work, he’s actively involved in coaching tee ball for his son and daughter, helping friends with home improvement projects, or going fishing—especially during the spring walleye run.
