Anya has over 10 years’ experience in the planning, design, operation, and maintenance of roadways across Australia and North America. Currently based in Australia, she focuses on projects involving traffic analysis, signal operations and infrastructure, active transportation, traffic calming, road safety assessments, and parking strategies. Anya is proficient in traffic modeling, using intersection models and traffic microsimulation software.
Anya also has experience in infrastructure planning, development, and delivery for greenfield subdivisions and new communities within Victoria’s growth areas. Recently, she worked on an integrated transportation plan to support the development of Lilydale Quarry, a new major urban renewal project with a master plan focused on livability and sustainability.
In her spare time, Anya keeps active through dance and exercise, and she often performs with Bharatnatyam and Bollywood dance groups in Melbourne.
